Posted by Call Center Solutions at February 7, 2006, 5:06 amwith the growing industry, there should be a more organized institution that takes care of call center agents. theres a growing notion that money is good in the industry however only a handful ones can attest to that. check with LABOR or NLRC and teh growing files cases of call centers has incredibly increased over the past year. im not quite sure if there was a blog on abusive employers who do not invest well in a good HR system. something to think about for those interested people to jump in the band wagon.
